Showed this to my obsessed sister, she laughed her ass off, showed it to my best friend, who is also obbessed, he laughed his ass off too. So I get your enraged comments and such, but not all fat people get upset by it, most of them thinks it's hilarious.

There are to many random variables when it comes to things like someones weight.
Illness, medication are just two

There is also age,
the older someone gets the less efficient they process food , therefore its easier to retain weight and harder to lose it
as its not as easy to do physical exercise, injuries can also limit this as well.

Your Job,
if you spend the vast majority of your time sitting at a desk getting little, to no exercise, or not enough to rise your heart rate up to do any good then you are going to gain weight
Diet of course also plays into the factor as well and income comes to play there as well, many who can't afford to buy more costly healthier food products are relegated to unhealthy products simply by lack of income and lack of choice in the matter.

Time constraints is another,
many people these days simply don't have the time to maintain a healthy life style, try working out when you spend 80 + hours of your week working at a job, it leaves very little time for much of anything in life let alone something as tasking a trying to loose weight.

So to say that these people are lazy and lack will power to do anything about is not always the case!
I do not condone obesity to any degree, it's a bad condition to be in at any point, it lead to all sorts of health issues
no one should have to be obese but it's here and until medical science, and social habits in general change it's going to be here.
As to the joke I reserve judgement as whether it's been done in bad taste or not.

I'm just commenting to all those below who whine:

Most people are fat by their own fault. It's extremly rare that an illness or a perscription drug make you gain weight, without you being able to influence it.
Sure, there are dispositions which are unfortunate and make it harder to lose weight, or to stay thin.
But almost everybody is able to do that, with enough willpower.

So quit defending or pitying them - they should feel ashamed on work on themselves.
I have high respect for someone actually working out, jogging etc, even if they may look ridiculous at the beginning, trying to lose weight. But I know that they will suceed if they only fight hard enough and don't give up.
But trying to tell them that they should stay the way they are - that is just wrong.
